Best burger place in the Illawarra!!!

Was great! loved the chips, will order again.

I feel like something items are a bit overpriced and it takes a while to deliver but the quality is what keeps me coming back.

Ordered a lot of meals and didn't recieved my sour cream and sweet chilli sauce with the wedges, very disappointed.

  Reply : Sorry to hear this now. If you had called us we would have sent you a new serving with extra Sauce and Sour Cream straight away with another driver. Unfortunately we are all human and drivers do forget to take things sometimes but we always try to rectify the problem straight away.

The burger but was extremely soggy but the taste was still good

  Reply : Hi Kirra. The burger patty we use are 100% wagu beef and are very juicy and moist. They are American “style” burgers we make and are supposed to be a juicy type type of burger. This can sometimes get a bit to moist when delivered due too the time from creation to time of consumption. Glad you still enjoyed the taste.

The order arrived 20 Minutes after suggested. I called to check on order and was told the driver had just left, the order arrived. 15 Minutes after the call, I don’t live that far away from you! We did not receive the 4 cans of drink

  Reply : Apologies for the late order. At times we get busy and can’t update the estimated times on the website. We endeavour to prepare the food in time for the drivers pickup so it is not sitting around getting cold. The driver may of had other orders to drop. As for the drinks, We are human and can forget things. I can credit, refund or replace the drinks at any time for you. I do hope you did enjoy the food once it arrived.

Awesome, Diamond dogs is always a great night out for us so it was great to have the food brought to us during these times
